A Gateway to the New West Loop

The objective of the West Loop project is to create 260 public and residential use parking places within a tightly constrained site of 12,000 square feet. Adjacent to Interstate 94, the site is among the most highly visible in Chicago and the gateway to Chicago's West Loop restaurant and entertainment district.

Starting at the corner of the building, there is a future potential that Interstate 94 (also known as the "Kennedy") will be capped over with a park for four blocks starting at the corner of our building. The automated garage would be highly visible to park visitors offering a vista into a new American future where automated parking becomes popular here similar to its commonplace use in Europe and Asia today.

The site is also five blocks from Google's new regional headquarters and complements the innovator of the driverless car (i.e. Google) with a driverless garage.
